Nuclear Medicine uses radioactive isotopes to diagnose and treat certain injuries and diseases.
Our services use a hybrid PET/CT diagnostic technique, combining Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Computed Tomography (CT) in a single device. This combines nuclear medicine and radiodiagnostic procedures, providing a single reading for physicians from both areas of specialisation and a final diagnosis based on both metabolic and anatomical conclusions.
