If you would like cost information prior to your admission at HC, request for a price quote. We can provide you with a complete cost estimation based on the information provided by you and your physician. The estimation includes medical, surgical and hospitalization fees, and is provided to you at no charge.
You may also request information on the amount your private insurer will reimburse to you should you wish to settle your bill directly with us.
Upon your discharge from the hospital, we will present you with a detailed invoice of charges accumulated during your stay. Room and health care costs are calculated on a daily basis. Depending upon your policy coverage and the agreement authorization we receive from your insurance provider, the costs generated during your stay will be invoiced directly to your insurance company for payment.
Additional charges such as visitor’s and a-la-carte meals, drinks, telephone calls and other personal charges must be settled with Reception before your departure from the hospital (we accept payments by credit cards).
Once you receive the authorization for discharge by your doctor, we will present you with an invoice of all hospital charges pertaining to your stay. The invoice will detail all operating theater, treatment, room and health care costs that are calculated on a daily basis. As a general rule, we also include your doctor’s fees in the invoice.
Bills relating to outpatient medical consultations must be settled immediately after, either by presenting your medical insurance card or by paying directly.
Prices of consultations with any of our associate doctors are to be established with them directly.
