With a degree in Medicine from the University of Malaga and specialising in Urology at the Hospital Clínico Universitario San Carlos in Madrid, Dr Lanzat joins the medical team at HC Marbella to offer comprehensive, personalised care based on the latest scientific evidence.
Throughout his career, he has worked in leading hospitals such as Hospital Costa del Sol, Hospital Quirón Marbella, Hospital del Tajo (Madrid), and Hospital de Manises (Valencia), where he has been responsible for key areas such as uro-oncology, laparoscopic surgery, and ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy.
His main areas of interest are the early diagnosis of prostate cancer, minimally invasive treatment of urological tumours, laparoscopic surgery, and the comprehensive management of conditions such as overactive bladder and urinary lithiasis.
Committed to education and research, he has been an associate professor at the Catholic University of Valencia and an honorary collaborator at the Complutense University of Madrid, in addition to participating in numerous national and international conferences and scientific publications.
With his incorporation, HC Marbella strengthens its Urology Unit, consolidating its commitment to high-precision medicine, state-of-the-art technology, and human-centred care.
