HC Marbella team’s relationship with the patient is a close one, fostering an environment of safety and confidence. A contact person is available in all areas of the hospital, to make your stay in hospital pass as smoothly as possible.
To achieve this, coordinators are appointed in most medical specialities, they are responsible for managing procedures, communicating with the medical team and linking with other areas of the hospital as required (laboratory, nursing, diagnostic imaging, theatre…). Patients can therefore deal with one specific person to resolve all issues relating to their case, a familiar face every time they visit, with the peace of mind that all matters relating to their medical care are appropriately dealt with through the relevant channels.
The nursing team play a fundamental role in the care of our patients. The assistance they provide is specialised, they are completely dedicated, practising active listening with an empathetic manner and a vocation to help.
They improve quality of life and satisfaction for both patients and their families, establishing close links, often going above and beyond.
