Throughout 2025 we have conducted 1,528 satisfaction surveys in our Outpatient Department and more than 500 surveys in our Diagnostic Imaging Unit, with a clear objective: to identify what we do well and where we can continue to improve.

More than 94% of our patients have expressed that they are satisfied or very satisfied with the care received at HC Marbella.
This level of satisfaction is the reflection of a consistent, caring and high-quality care experience.

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the likelihood that a patient would recommend the hospital to family members or friends.
In 2025, HC Marbella achieved an NPS of +85. This is an exceptional result, far exceeding the average for the private healthcare sector in Spain.

With regard to the Diagnostic Imaging Department, more than 92% of patients gave the highest score to the courtesy and friendliness of the technical staff, and 94% rated the care provided by the radiologist as excellent.
Excellence is also reflected in our patient-centred approach to care.

The time spent in the consultation room and the feeling of being listened to made the difference for our patients.
At the Diagnostic Imaging Department, more than 88% of patients were seen on time or with waiting times of less than 15 minutes, and the ease of booking appointments received very high ratings.

Our modern, clean and well-maintained facilities, as well as our respect for privacy during tests, are widely recognised by our patients.
Within our Diagnostic Imaging Department, over 91% rated the respect for their privacy as excellent, and nearly 86% felt that the environment was ideal, with no areas for improvement
